To our valued patients and friends of the practice,
In light of the evolving concerns regarding the pandemic COVID-19 virus, and taking into account the recommendations of the American Dental Association and the Tennessee Dental Association, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily close Hagan Dentistry beginning on March 18, 2020. At this time, we anticipate reopening on April 13, 2020. We do not make this decision lightly. However, the safety and well-being of our patients, staff, and community are our highest priority.
If you have an appointment scheduled with us while we are temporarily closed, our office will reach out to you to reschedule your appointment. If you have a dental emergency during our temporary closure, we WILL be available to assist you. You may call our office at 423-239-8021 or dial our emergency line at 423-408-8015.
We will continue to monitor the situation as well as any guidelines released from the CDC, ADA, and TDA. If you have questions about your appointment or dental care, please call our office at 423-239-8021 and we will contact as soon as we can. Hagan Dentistry has always followed all infection control guidelines from the CDC and OSHA, and we have put in place even more stringent infection control procedures during the threat from COVID-19. We believe our dental office is and will continue to be a safe place to receive dental care. Unfortunately, this a unique challenge to our entire community, country, and the world. We are taking unprecedented steps to help keep our community healthy.
